Hong Kong Stock Exchange filings reveal that on July 30, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. increased its position in ZJ INNOLIGHT (03308) by purchasing 2.757 million shares.

The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$980 per share, totaling approximately HK$2.702 billion.

Following the acquisition, The Capital Group Companies, Inc. now holds a total of 2.757 million shares in ZJ INNOLIGHT, representing a 5.06% stake in the company.
