China Health Group (00673) announced that Ms. Yang Huimin has resigned as an independent non-executive director and has ceased to serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee of the board, effective from October 20, 2026, in order to take up the position of the company's chief financial officer.
