ARTA TechFin Corporation Limited disclosed on 29 April 2026 that it has placed 123.00 million new ordinary shares, expanding its issued share capital by 9.67 %.

The new shares were allotted on 29 April 2026 under a placing agreement signed on 20 April 2026, with an issue price of HKD 0.49 per share.

Following the placement, the company’s outstanding shares increased from 1.27 billion to 1.40 billion. No treasury shares were involved, and no share repurchases or redemptions were reported.

Management confirmed that all proceeds have been received and that the issuance complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board Rules and other regulatory requirements.
