Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for 17 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. Shareholders will vote on the audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025, the re-election of two executive directors (Mr. Wei Daisen and Mr. Cui Hongzhi) and one non-executive director (Mr. Xie Bingbing), and the re-appointment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as external auditor for 2026.

Conditional on regulatory clearance, new articles of association will replace the existing constitutional documents.
