CONTIOCEAN (02613) announced that on September 2, 2025, the company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for the full circulation of all 30 million domestic shares. These domestic shares represent 75% of the company's total issued share capital as of the announcement date.

The H-share full circulation, conversion, and listing are subject to completion of relevant procedural requirements by the CSRC, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and other relevant domestic and overseas regulatory authorities. The company will apply for the listing and trading of these H-shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Upon completion of all filing requirements, obtaining all relevant approvals, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, the company's 30 million domestic shares will be converted into 30 million H-shares.
