The 23rd Annual Management Conference officially commenced in Beijing on November 27, 2025. As one of China's most influential high-level business summits, this year's event centered on the theme "Connectors of the Intelligent Era," bringing together industry leaders in smart innovation and applications to foster cross-sector dialogue, empower data-driven solutions, and explore new business models and collaborative ecosystems.

In the afternoon, the "New Era AI Visionaries - Industry Leaders Dialogue Forum," co-hosted by Voyah Auto, took place as a precursor to the main conference. The forum gathered over 30 prominent business leaders to discuss "Strategic Resilience as Corporate Foundation, AI as the Engine for Visionary Growth." The dialogue delved into corporate strategic perseverance and entrepreneurial AI aspirations, envisioning the boundless possibilities of human-technology integration in the AI era.

Executives from AI technology, automotive, consumer goods, manufacturing, and financial investment sectors shared insights on AI implementation and commercial prospects, creating a thought-provoking exchange described as "insightful, engaging, and experiential."

Lu Fang, Chairman of Voyah Auto, opened the forum by drawing parallels between Mount Tai's cultural symbolism of steadfastness in uncertain times and the new entrepreneurial dreams required in the AI age. He highlighted Voyah's mission to master core technologies and elevate Chinese brands, detailing achievements like its Dreamer MPV leading its segment and the Mount Tai model's successful launch. The company's smart factories, equipped with 900+ robots, leverage AI and big data to enhance efficiency. Looking ahead, Voyah aims to deepen green and intelligent transformation to boost global competitiveness.

**Strategic Resilience: The "Mount Tai" Foundation in the AI Era** Executives explored how to maintain strategic focus amid technological disruption. China National Materials Group's Yin Zhisong shared how digitization enables real-time global equipment monitoring, transforming traditional factories into unmanned smart facilities. Ausen Steel's Cao Yuebin demonstrated how sensor-driven data optimization reduced inventory cycles from 15-30 days to just 3 days, saving over ¥100 million annually in energy costs.

**AI Visionaries: Redefining Entrepreneurship** Discussions shifted to AI as a catalyst for leapfrog growth. C3.ai, Inc.'s Jiao Chengyao predicted AI would revolutionize traditional industries, such as fully customizable smart vehicles, and forecasted potential bans on manual driving within 10-15 years. Participants emphasized AI's role beyond tools—it’s a transformative force for business innovation.

**Collaborative Ecosystems: From Competition to Co-Creation** Leaders advocated for symbiotic partnerships. Yanjing Beer's Geng Chao stressed the need for industry-wide collaboration among leading firms, associations, and governments to shift from competition to mutual benefit across supply chains.

The forum also saw participation from executives at Cathay Fund, CITIC Prudential, Suzhou Bank, Hebei Bank, and others, blending brand values like Voyah’s "Mount Tai" reliability with "Dreamer" innovation. The event served as both an intellectual exchange and a platform to align AI’s potential with industrial advancement and quality-of-life improvements.
