S.A.I. Leisure Group Company Limited (SAI Leisure) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 August 2026. The meeting agenda includes:

• Approval of the interim financial results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. • Consideration of declaring an interim dividend.

The notice was released in accordance with Rule 13.43 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board currently comprises four Executive Directors, two Non-Executive Directors and three Independent Non-Executive Directors, with Dr. Tan Siu Lin serving as Chairman and Henry Tan as Vice Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer.

The company is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and its shares are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the name SAI Leisure.
