Tibet Water (01115) reported that its total authorized share capital remained at 100,000,000,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to HKD 1,000,000,000. The number of issued shares increased by 100,000,000 over the month, moving from 4,700,400,120 shares to 4,800,400,120 shares.

Under the Share Option Scheme 2023, 407,918,800 share options remained outstanding with no new share issuance during October 2025. Meanwhile, the 8% convertible bonds due December 2025 (issued in January 2025) were partially converted, and 100,000,000 new shares were issued. Another series of 8% convertible bonds issued in March 2025 had no changes. Additionally, a 5% convertible bond due October 2026 was newly issued at HKD 297,000,000 but did not result in any new shares during the reporting period.

As of the end of October 2025, Tibet Water maintained a total issued share count of 4,800,400,120 and an authorized share capital of HKD 1,000,000,000.
