According to the latest Form 4 filing, Caroline Cochran, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Oklo Inc. (ticker: OKLO), sold an aggregate of approximately 200,000 shares of the company’s Class A Common Stock on May 1, 2026 through multiple accounts. Specifically, she sold 60,000 shares directly at a weighted average price of about $70.19, and 40,000 shares via the “Caroline Cochran GRAT” at about $70.95. In addition, 100,000 shares were sold through her spouse’s accounts and related trusts (Jacob DeWitte and associated GRATs) at prices ranging from roughly $69.06 to $70.61. These sales were executed under a Rule 10b5‑1 trading plan adopted on March 31, 2025. Concentrated share disposals by a key founder‑executive and affiliated entities near recent highs may be viewed as a mildly bearish signal, and investors should monitor further selling activity and company fundamentals.
