On 15 June 2026, the Executive under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers disclosed that BlackRock, Inc. purchased 945,285 shares of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd on 12 June 2026 at an average price of US$48.86 per share.

Following the transaction, BlackRock’s aggregate holding in ENN Energy rose to 77.17 million shares, representing 6.82 % of the company’s issued share capital.

BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company owing to its existing shareholding, and the trade was executed on behalf of discretionary investment clients through a US exchange.

The disclosure forms part of the ongoing privatisation process of ENN Energy by way of a scheme of arrangement, requiring public reporting of dealings under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Takeovers Code.
