On July 12, Juli Sling Co.,Ltd. (SHE: 002342) announced that it had received an administrative penalty decision from the Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau on July 10.

The announcement revealed that the company's responses on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's interactive platform constituted voluntary disclosures of information relevant to investor valuation and decision-making. Given that commercial aerospace was a market hotspot at the time, the company's replies failed to accurately disclose the application status of its products in that sector, did not correctly reflect the development stage and intellectual property ownership of its "capture arm," and omitted full disclosure regarding the minimal value and proportion of its commercial aerospace orders and their negligible impact on the company's operational performance. These actions by Juli Sling Co.,Ltd. violated relevant provisions of the Securities Law, constituting misleading statements as defined by the law.

The Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau has ordered Juli Sling Co.,Ltd. to make corrections, issued a warning, and imposed a fine of 4.5 million yuan. The company's then board secretary, Zhang Yun, received a warning and a fine of 3 million yuan. The then general manager, Yang Chao, was also warned and fined 2 million yuan. The total penalties amount to 9.5 million yuan.

In the secondary market, on July 10, shares of Juli Sling Co.,Ltd. closed at the daily limit-up price of 11.07 yuan per share, with a total market capitalization of 10.63 billion yuan.
