Far East Hospitality Trust said its trustee DBS Trustee Limited has entered into a 101.4 million Singapore dollars sustainability-linked facility agreement with an institutional bank on Dec, 11 2025.

The loan terms allow the lender to demand full repayment if any of the following occur without prior consent: the REIT manager is no longer majority-owned by Far East Organization or the immediate family of the late Ng Teng Fong; their collective stake in the stapled securities falls below 30 percent; or the REIT manager resigns or is removed without an approved replacement.

Should such a change-of-control event trigger cross defaults, up to 747.1 million Singapore dollars of the trust’s other borrowings could be affected. The managers reported no breaches of these conditions as of the announcement date.
