EVERG SERVICES (06666) saw an additional surge of over 8% during Hong Kong trading hours. As of the time of writing, the stock had climbed 8.25% to HK$1.05, with a trading volume of HK$51.066 million.

On July 27, the company announced that after a previous potential buyer decided not to proceed with the transaction on June 25, and related negotiations had terminated without a legally binding agreement, the liquidator has re-engaged with "several potential buyers." This list includes both new parties entering the process and other participants who had previously been involved. The liquidator's next step involves inviting potential buyers to conduct due diligence on the Evergrande Property Management Group.

It is noteworthy that CRIC Property Management previously pointed out that if the company maintains positive net current assets in its mid-2026 report, the "significant uncertainty regarding going concern" warning in its audit report would officially disappear. This development would be crucial for the company's valuation recovery, project expansion, and financing capabilities. As of the end of 2025, EVERG SERVICES held cash and cash equivalents of 4.189 billion yuan, a 55.3% year-on-year increase, with no bank borrowings and a zero debt-to-equity ratio.
