Pioneer Reward Limited (the Issuer) has announced the listing of CNY2,100,000,000 1.90% Guaranteed Notes due 2028 (Stock Code: 85105) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. These Notes are issued under the U.S.$10,000,000,000 Guaranteed Medium Term Note Programme and are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (601688.SH, 6886.HK, HTSC.LI).

According to the announcement dated 2 February 2026, the listing and permission to deal in the Notes are expected to become effective on 3 February 2026.
