Rex International Holding appoints Per Lind as Chief Executive Officer

Rex International Holding Limited announced on Mar, 19 2026 that Måns Lidgren has ceased to be Chief Executive Officer and that Per Lind has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer to assume the role of CEO with immediate effect.

Lidgren, who has led the company since its 2013 listing on the Singapore Exchange, resigned for health reasons and will continue to serve as Senior Advisor on a part-time basis.

Lind has been CFO since May, 8 2014, overseeing finance, legal, administration and group structure while working on business development. The company said that disclosures required under Singapore Exchange Mainboard Rule 704(7) have been filed separately.
