JLogo Holdings Limited (the “Group”) has announced that its board of directors will hold a meeting on 27 February 2026. This session will address several key items, including approval of the audited consolidated annual results for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The agenda also covers the release of relevant results announcements, possible dividend distribution, and any necessary closure of the register of members.
