The total registered share capital, reflected as RMB 27,464,635,963, showed no movement compared with the prior month.

The Bank confirmed there were no treasury shares held, issued, or cancelled during the reporting period. Additionally, there were no convertible securities, warrants, share options, or any other arrangements to issue new shares in November 2025. The Bank reiterated that the concept of “Authorised / Registered Share Capital” is not applicable under its joint stock structure, so the figures represent its issued share capital.
