The Singapore-listed trust, which owns 18 industrial properties with a total gross floor area of about 386,227 square metres and total assets of roughly 1.06 billion Singapore dollars as of Dec, 31 2025, is managed by Alpha Integrated REIT Management Pte. Ltd.
