INVESTECH HLDGS (01087) announced that the group expects to record a reduced net loss of approximately RMB 12 million to RMB 16 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to approximately RMB 40.5 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024.
The improvement is primarily attributable to (i) a decrease in fair value loss on investment properties during the period compared to approximately RMB 14.9 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024; and (ii) an increase in gross profit during the period compared to approximately RMB 23.3 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, due to improved sales performance of the group's information technology infrastructure system integration business in China.
The group noted that the fair value loss on investment properties is a non-cash item and has no immediate impact on the group's cash flow and operations.
