China Everbright Water Limited announced that it will pay interest on its 2023 second tranche medium-term notes (principal amount: RMB1.5 billion) on Jul, 17 2026, or the next working day if that date is a public holiday in Mainland China.

The interest covers the period from Jul, 17 2025 to Jul, 16 2026 and is calculated on a simple-interest basis at 2.97% per annum.

Noteholders who exercised the resale option between Jun, 29 2026 and Jul, 3 2026 will receive both the accrued interest and the full principal value of the resold notes on the same payment date.

The company will transfer the funds to Shanghai Clearing House, which will remit the amounts to investors’ designated bank accounts. Holders who have changed their remittance instructions are required to notify Shanghai Clearing House before Jul, 17 2026.
