China Gas Holdings Limited (stock code: 384) announced that the current Group General Counsel, Company Secretary, Agent for Service of Process in Hong Kong, and Authorized Representative, Ms. Chan Wing Ki, will resign from all these positions with effect from 10 November 2025. According to information disclosed, she has confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

Following that announcement, Ms. Chan Pui Ling will be appointed as General Counsel, Company Secretary, the Process Agent, and an Authorized Representative of China Gas Holdings Limited, also effective from 10 November 2025. She holds a master's degree in professional accounting and corporate governance, a bachelor of laws degree, and a bachelor of arts in business management. She has been admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, possesses over 18 years of legal and corporate governance experience, and is affiliated with relevant professional bodies. The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Chan Wing Ki’s contributions and welcomed Ms. Chan Pui Ling to her new role.
