KEEP (ASX: 03650) has announced that Mr. Li Yifan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the board's audit committee. This appointment will take effect upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting scheduled for June 4, 2026.

Concurrently, due to personal work arrangements, Mr. Peng Wei will step down from his role as an executive director following the same annual general meeting.
