BUYANG INTL (02457) has issued an announcement regarding changes to its authorized representative for legal processes.

Ms. Zhang Yuefen has resigned from her position as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong. This role is required for receiving legal documents and notices under Rule 19.05(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law). Her resignation will take effect from June 26, 2026.

Concurrently, Ms. Zheng Caixia has been appointed as the new legal process agent for the company. This appointment is also effective from June 26, 2026.
