CHINA POWER International Development Limited will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 8 June 2026 at 10:30 a.m. entirely through an online platform. The meeting will be accessible at https://meetings.computershare.com/CHINAPOWER_2026AGM, allowing registered shareholders to view a live webcast, cast votes on each resolution in real time and submit questions during the session.

The online platform opens 30 minutes before the meeting starts. Shareholders will log in using their 10-digit Shareholder Reference Number—printed on the notification letter and prefixed with “C”—together with the five-digit Personal Identification Number shown below that reference number.

Shareholders appointing proxies must record the proxy’s email address on the proxy form so that Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited can email the login credentials. If proxies do not receive these details by 5 June 2026, they may call the registrar’s hotline on (852) 2862 8555 for assistance. Corporate representatives should also contact the same hotline to arrange online access.
