Nayuki buys back 0.74 million shares, lifting treasury stock to 18.34 million

Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed a share buy-back on 15 July 2026 involving 737,500 ordinary shares purchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The repurchase was executed within a price range of HKD 0.69–0.71 per share, at a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.6967, for a total consideration of HKD 0.51 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 1.69 billion to 1.69 billion, representing a 0.0436 % reduction. • Treasury shares rose from 17.60 million to 18.34 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.71 billion.

The buy-back was conducted under the mandate approved on 24 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 169.84 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 9.19 million shares, equivalent to 0.54 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals is in effect until 14 August 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulatory requirements.
