ELL Environmental Holdings Limited (ELL Environmental) submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 March 2026, indicating no changes to its share capital structure.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 3.80 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001 each, equivalent to HKD 0.38 million.

Issued shares were unchanged at 1.11 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares, reflecting no new issuances, repurchases or cancellations during the month.

ELL Environmental confirmed that it met the Main Board’s 25% public-float requirement as at month-end.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued in the period.

The board further certified full compliance with all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations under Main Board Rule 13.25C.
