Patients in these conditions often experience high metabolic stress and impaired nutrient intake, which can easily lead to malnutrition, decreased immunity, delayed wound healing, increased risk of complications, significantly prolonged hospital stays, and adverse impacts on long-term survival prognosis. This represents a critical issue in clinical comprehensive treatment that urgently needs resolution.
