AEON STORES (HK) Reschedules Extraordinary General Meetings to 29 Sep 2026, Revises Book-Closure Dates

AEON STORES (Hong Kong) Co., Limited announced a change to the timetable for its forthcoming extraordinary general meetings (EGMs). Originally set for 3 September 2026 with a related register-of-members closure from 31 August 2026 to 3 September 2026, the EGMs have been postponed to 29 September 2026 to allow additional preparation time.

To determine shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the rescheduled EGMs, the register of members will now be closed from 24 September 2026 to 29 September 2026, both days inclusive. During this period, share transfers will not be processed. Holders of unregistered shares must lodge duly completed transfer forms and the corresponding share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) by 4:30 p.m. on 23 September 2026.

All other information contained in the 17 August 2026 announcement remains unchanged. The Board is led by Chairman Tsukasa Konno, with executive directors Takenori Nagashima and Shinya Hisanaga, non-executive directors Tsukasa Konno, Wei Aiguo and Yasutoshi Yokochi, and independent non-executive directors Hideto Mizuno, Shum Wing Ting and Wong Mei Ling.
