Boustead Singapore lodges preliminary prospectus for UI Boustead REIT

Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) announced on Feb, 26 2026 that the preliminary prospectus for UI Boustead REIT has been lodged with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

The filing was made on behalf of UIB REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of the proposed trust and a wholly-owned subsidiary of UIB Holdings Limited. UIB Holdings Limited will act as the REIT’s sponsor.

Boustead Singapore holds an approximately 24% interest in UIB Holdings Limited through BP-Unity Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Boustead Projects Limited.

The company noted that there is no certainty the proposed listing will proceed and advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.

Boustead Singapore said it will make further announcements in accordance with Singapore Exchange rules as and when there are material developments.
