Nanofilm Technologies International Limited announced on Jul, 6 2026 that Professor Lam Khin Yong will join the company as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director and member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee (NRC) with effect from Aug, 1 2026.

The company also stated that Ms Lee Lee Khoon will resign as a Non-Executive, Independent Director and will step down from the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and the NRC on the same date.

With these changes, the board will consist of five directors: Dr Shi Xu (Chairman), Ong Siew Koon, Wan Kum Tho, Tan Swee Ho and Professor Lam Khin Yong. The ARC will be chaired by Ong Siew Koon with Wan Kum Tho and Tan Swee Ho as members, while the NRC will be led by Wan Kum Tho, alongside Ong Siew Koon and Professor Lam Khin Yong.
