IHH Healthcare Berhad has disclosed a modification in the shareholding of its substantial investor, Employees Provident Fund Board (EPF), according to a filing on Mar, 11 2026.

On Mar, 6 2026, EPF carried out four market transactions. It sold 890,000 ordinary shares registered under Citigroup Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd [EPF Board (AMUNDI)] and 51,700 shares under [EPF Board (BNP NAJMAH EQ) IC]. Concurrently, it purchased 648,800 shares under [EPF Board (NOMURA)] and 125,000 shares under [EPF Board (CPIAM EQ) IC].

These moves resulted in a net reduction of 167,900 shares, bringing EPF’s direct holding in IHH Healthcare Berhad to 1,124,925,800 ordinary shares, representing 12.731% of the company’s issued capital.

The change was officially notified on Mar, 9 2026 and acknowledged by the company on Mar, 11 2026.
