Transcenta Holding Limited today announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.transcenta.com) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board encourages shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS—to review the online documents, citing speed and environmental considerations.

For investors who experience difficulties accessing the electronic versions or who prefer hard copies, Transcenta will provide printed reports free of charge. A completed request form must be returned to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 6628-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically are advised to supply a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries. Until an email address is registered through these channels, notifications regarding online publication will be sent only in printed form.
