Alibaba's AI platform Qianwen has achieved over 30 million monthly active users (including App, Web, and PC) within just 23 days of its public beta launch on November 17, making it the fastest-growing AI application globally. Simultaneously, Qianwen is evolving from a conversational tool to a practical assistant, rolling out four new features: AI PPT, AI Writing, AI Document Library, and AI Problem Explanation.

The newly introduced AI PPT feature allows users to generate polished presentations with a single command. Supporting 39 input formats—including documents, images, and audio—Qianwen offers over 100,000 premium templates for free customization. Users can refine content or switch templates via dialogue, streamlining professional PPT creation in minutes.

Qianwen’s AI Writing tool assists in drafting and editing diverse content, from essays and novels to legal contracts and resumes. It auto-formats layouts and supports conversions between Word, PDF, and image files. The platform includes templates from 1,000 universities, 100+ official document formats, and nearly 10,000 contract samples.

The AI Document Library enables "one-command research," granting access to hundreds of millions of resources like exam papers, study materials, and musical scores.

For education, Qianwen can grade assignments, diagnose weaknesses, explain errors, and generate learning summaries—creating a full improvement loop. Its AI Problem Explanation mimics human tutors, detailing step-by-step solutions. Extensive practice datasets have significantly boosted its accuracy.

Qianwen’s App updates weekly, with Alibaba integrating lifestyle services like maps, food delivery, ticketing, office tasks, shopping, and healthcare to expand its utility.
