GRC Limited said on Oct, 10 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiary, CES-Precast Pte. Ltd., has received a contract worth about 21.6 million Singapore dollars from Expand Construction Pte. Ltd.

The agreement covers the supply and delivery of precast concrete components for a building project at Admiralty Lane, Singapore. The work is scheduled to run for roughly 15 months, with deliveries set to begin in Jul, 2026.

GRC Limited added that the deal is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending Jun, 30 2026, and no directors or substantial shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in the contract.
