BANK OF CHINA (03988) announced that at the company's 2024 Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2025, Ms. Gao Meiyi (also known as Liang Gao Meiyi) was elected as an independent non-executive director of the bank. Effective August 1, 2025, Ms. Gao Meiyi assumes her role as independent non-executive director, while concurrently serving as Chairman and member of the Board's Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, member of the Risk Policy Committee, and member of the Connected Transaction Control Committee. Ms. Gao Meiyi's directorship term is three years.
