Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited reported that it bought back 12,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 29 2026. The shares were repurchased at a highest price of US$66.80, a lowest price of US$64.51 and a weighted average price of US$65.7844 per share. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the cancellation, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital stands at 293.98 million ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, with no treasury shares held.
