The value of the transferred shares was HK$27.18 million, representing 14.78% of the holdings. DAZHONG DENTAL previously released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The group reported revenue of 186 million yuan, a decrease of 9.2% year-on-year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company was 15.88 million yuan, down 22.24% year-on-year, with earnings per share of 0.41 yuan.
