China Boton Buys Back 0.09% of Outstanding Shares for HKD 3.10 Million

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed a repurchase of 968,000 ordinary shares on 15 September 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 3.16 to HKD 3.25, representing a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HKD 3.20 per share. Total consideration reached approximately HKD 3.10 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.05291 billion shares, down 0.09185% from the previous day. Treasury stock rose to 27.60 million shares, equivalent to roughly 2.56% of total issued shares.

The buyback was conducted under the repurchase mandate granted on 22 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 108.05 million shares. The latest purchase represents about 0.09% of the shares authorised under that mandate. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 15 October 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

China Boton affirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and that aggregate share capital remains at 1.08051 billion shares, inclusive of treasury stock.
