Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) has scheduled a board meeting for 24 July 2026 in Ningde, the People’s Republic of China. According to the company’s announcement, the directors will examine and approve the interim financial results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The board will also deliberate on a potential interim dividend recommendation.

The session will be chaired by Mr. Zeng Yuqun, who serves as Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager. The board currently comprises six additional executive directors—Mr. Pan Jian, Mr. Li Ping, Mr. Zhou Jia, Dr. Ouyang Chuying and Mr. Wu Yingming—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Dr. Wu Yuhui, Mr. Lin Xiaoxiong and Dr. Zhao Bei.
