On 2 September 2026, Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd. announced the full transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, which expanded the paperless listing regime on 31 December 2023.

Effective immediately, English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, circulars, proxy forms and any other shareholder documents will be made available exclusively on the company website (www.ingenic.com.cn) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be dispatched by default.

Non-registered shareholders must: 1. Monitor the two websites cited above for the release of corporate communications; and 2. Provide an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure notification of document availability.

Stakeholders preferring hard-copy materials may submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or email a request containing name and address details to igenics.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
