TSAKER NE (01986) saw its share price climb more than 6% on Thursday, with the stock last trading at HK$0.94, up 6.21%, and turnover reaching HK$961,300.
The rally follows the company's release of its 2026 interim results, which showed revenue of approximately HK$1.413 billion, a year-on-year increase of about 51.4%. Gross profit came in at roughly HK$257.5 million, up about 120.5% from the prior-year period, while profit attributable to owners of the company surged to HK$94.334 million, a dramatic jump of approximately 912.7%. According to the company's announcement, the significant increase in overall gross profit was primarily driven by the battery materials segment, where sales volume and average unit selling price of its key product, iron phosphate, rose substantially in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, supported by sustained growth in downstream market demand.
