Human Health Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1419) has published a notice regarding its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, at 11:30 a.m. (local time) at Room 02, 12/F, The Center, 99 Queen’s Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

According to the notice, the meeting will cover several key resolutions. These include receiving and adopting the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025, declaring a final dividend, and appointing Ernst & Young as the auditor.
