Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. (WOER) has declared an ordinary final dividend of RMB1.65 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to an updated announcement released on 23 April 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 26 May 2026. Subject to approval, the dividend will be paid on 31 July 2026. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent, ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period and the deadline for share transfer registration are yet to be announced.

Withholding tax will apply as follows: 10% for non-resident enterprises, resident enterprises, overseas resident individuals and Northbound Trading investors, and 20% for Southbound Trading investors.
