Goodman Group's stock plummeted 6.12% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the release of its fiscal first-half 2026 results.
The company reported lower operating profit and a significant decline in revenue compared to the same period last year. Operating profit per security fell to AU$0.585 from AU$0.638, while revenue dropped to AU$1.1 billion from AU$1.34 billion. Notably, the revenue figure fell short of analyst expectations of AU$1.58 billion.
Despite the disappointing results, the company maintained its interim dividend at AU$0.15 per share and reiterated its target for fiscal 2026 operating EPS growth of 9%.
