ASMPT Limited (stock code: 00522) disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return dated 17 March 2026 that it has issued 56,650 new ordinary shares pursuant to the company’s Employee Share Incentive Scheme adopted on 24 March 2020.

The newly issued shares represent approximately 0.01% of ASMPT’s pre-issue share capital of 417.78 million shares. Following the allotment, the company’s total issued share capital increased to 417.84 million shares.
