Ingram Micro Holding Corp. experienced a significant after-hours plunge of 10.63% on Thursday, despite reporting strong first-quarter financial results that exceeded analyst expectations.

The company reported Q1 adjusted earnings per share of $0.75, beating the Ibes estimate of $0.72, while net sales reached $14 billion, surpassing the estimated $12.77 billion. Net income jumped 42.9% to $98.9 million, and gross profit stood at $926 million for the quarter.

However, investors appeared focused on the company's Q2 2026 guidance, which calls for net sales of $13.6 billion to $14 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.68 to $0.78. The guidance suggests potentially flat to slightly lower sales compared to Q1's $14 billion, with EPS guidance midpoint of $0.73 falling slightly below Q1's adjusted EPS of $0.75, likely driving the after-hours sell-off despite the strong quarterly performance.
