China Comservice Appoints Gui Xiaoqing as Executive Vice President, Replacing Zhao Xu

China Communications Services Corporation Limited (China Comservice) announced that Gui Xiaoqing, 55, has been appointed Executive Vice President with effect from 28 May 2026. On the same day, Zhao Xu ceased to serve in the role due to work adjustments.

Gui Xiaoqing is a senior engineer with more than 30 years of telecommunications management experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical automation from Wuhan University of Technology (1993) and a master’s degree in business administration from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (2006).

Since joining China Comservice in 2007, Gui has held posts including Divisional Director of the Operator Business Department, Divisional Director of the Domestic Non-telecom Operator Business Department, and Director and General Manager of Hainan Communications Services Company Ltd., a group subsidiary. Earlier positions include roles at the Xinyu Branch of Jiangxi Telecom and the Government and Enterprise Customers Department of China Telecommunications Corporation.

The board expressed its welcome to Gui Xiaoqing as he joins the senior management team. Luan Xiaowei, Chairman, signed the announcement in Beijing on 28 May 2026.

As of the announcement date, China Comservice’s board comprises three executive directors (Luan Xiaowei, Cui Zhanwei, Shen Aqiang), four non-executive directors (Cheng Jianjun, Tang Yongbo, Liu Aihua, Chen Li) and four independent non-executive directors (Lv Tingjie, Wang Qi, Wang Chunge, Chiu Mun Wai).
