Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Company Limited has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.15 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its announcement dated 27 March 2026. The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval, with the record date, ex-dividend date, payment date, and related Hong Kong share-register details yet to be disclosed.
