i.century Holding Limited (Stock Code: 8507) has announced a series of board and management changes, effective 28 November 2025. Five directors have resigned, citing a change in control of the company. The newly appointed executive director and chair has a background in the IoT sector and oversees a controlling stake in i.century Holding Limited. The independent non-executive directors collectively bring extensive experience in accounting, corporate governance, and operational management.
