Public Float Confirmation • The company confirmed that at least 25% of its issued shares remained in public hands as required by Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.32B.

Regulatory Compliance • Best Food Holding’s board and company secretary affirmed that all necessary authorisations, filings, and regulatory requirements related to its securities remain duly fulfilled.

The filing, submitted on 6 August 2026, indicates capital stability with no equity dilution events during the reporting month.
